Kaspersky Lab is a computer security company headquartered in Moscow, Russia. Founded in 1997 by Eugene Kaspersky, a cryptanalyst researcher at the National Security Council of the Soviet Union. The veteran anti-virus software vendor has a wide range of services, and has its own branch offices in many countries and regions.
On June 4, 2019, Kaspersky Lab officially announced the rebranding of the brand and announced a brand new image. Kaspersky's current LOGO has been in use since 2000. LOGO's fonts use Greek letters, which contain many details, but over time, most of these elements have lost their relevance to the product itself.
The new LOGO is created in geometric and mathematically precise letters, representing the top software engineering expertise that the company has originated and is committed to. Depending on the name, we also removed the word “laboratory” from the logo to reflect Kaspersky’s core values and the substance that Kaspersky represents as an organization.
