The Changes About ZARA

- Feb 04, 2019-

Founded in Spain in 1975, ZARA is one of the most important fashion companies in the world and is currently part of Inditex, one of the world's largest retail groups. ZARA stores are located in 86 countries in 5 continents, and a total of 1900 branches are opened in places with high population and high consumption.

ZARA is known as the world's most innovative and horrific retailer by Louis Vuitton fashion master Daniel Piette. CNN described ZARA as "the success story of Spain."

Since its establishment in 1975, ZARA has had two significant changes in its brand LOGO. The most recent one was June 2010, when ZARA squashed its serif fonts, adjusted the font spacing, and pulled Long font lines. Since then, ZARA has begun to take this LOGO to open the pace of global expansion.

On January 25, 2019, ZARA quietly replaced the brand new LOGO. At present, the new LOGO has been used in its global official website, social media platform and other places.

This new LOGO has been redesigned based on the Didone font while retaining the classic serif font. Interestingly, the spacing between the fonts has shrunk back so that the four-letter part of the stroke overlaps.
